Making poverty history is not helped by selective sponsored headlines by the IMF, UN & World bank that seemed to think its flawed Millennium Project (the most expensive in the history of the United Nations) will make a dent in the substantial challenges/problems.

Africa and the rest of the world will not function where bad education, tradition and corrupt practices are not on the wane. Until we find a little bit of ethics, morality and deep concern about order and relationships in a more productive and constructive way of life, no amount of aid can help these people.
